Confirm the reservation: after a written or telephone confirmation of a reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total stay will be requested. Afterwards the reservation is to be considered final. The deposit can be sent by postal order, bank transfer or credit card (Visa or Mastercard).

Cancellation terms:
In line with European standards and in the absence of other agreements, in case of cancellation below the following penalties will be charged (% of total stay):
- within 30 days of the arrival date 0%
- from 29 to 15 days before the arrival date 30%
- from 14 to 5 days before the arrival date 50%
- from 4 days before the arrival date / no show 100%
- for late arrival or early departure 80% of the cost of the pension will be charged.
